Pollinator Plant Sale

We are doing things differently this year in response to COVID-19. The pollinator plants were growing in anticipation of being sold during the The Biggest Week In American Birding at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge. With the pandemic and Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge's Visitor Center still closed, Bench Farms will be taking the lead on selling plants for us as well as growing them. Aren't they great?!

In order to purchase pollinator plants, you will need to do one of two things. You can call Bench Farms at 419-836-9443 to set up an appointment to shop yourself, or call to let them know what you want for curbside pickup. Bench Farms is still planning to donate a portion of the proceeds to us, so be sure to tell them that the Friends of Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge sent you!

We are super impressed with Bench Farms response to the pandemic and their efforts to maintain cleanliness in their facility while still producing great products for our community. Visit their website for more info about COVID-19 Operations.
